Skills Refresher

The instructor will review your certification, experience, most recent dive and areas of concern, then plan an appropriate knowledge review and in-water practice session.

  • Equipment assembly, donning and pre-dive safety check
  • Mask clearing, regulator skills and basic underwater communication
  • Breathing, weighting, buoyancy control and body position
  • Basic emergency techniques and safety procedures
  • Rebuild confidence in the water with an instructor
